I'm a Mechanical Design Engineer, with a Masters from Northeastern University, Boston.
I currently work at Massachusetts General Hospital for a research group at the Wellman Center for Photomedicine working on optical solutions to solve medical problems.
I have 3 years of work experience at a product design firm, where I worked as a mechanical design engineer, taking ideas from a concept, all the way to market.
I have worked in Electromechanical Design, mechanical engineering for robotics, and aerospace engineering. Check out some of my past work!
I am passionate about consumer products, renewable energy, automotives, robotics and flight.
What I do, and do well
About me
I grew up in Mumbai, India, with a deep fascination for technology and innovation. As a child, I dreamed of becoming a pilot, but when I needed corrective vision, my aspirations of joining the air force had to take a backseat.
This curiosity about machine movement naturally led me to explore mechanical engineering. As I pursued this path, I discovered intriguing parallels between aerospace engineering and the developing fields of robotics and clean energy. Now, my passion extends beyond aerospace to encompass robotics, electromechanical systems, and clean energy technologies.
My interests aren't confined to the technical realm; I've also found inspiration in motorsports, particularly Formula 1, which has imparted invaluable engineering principles and fostered a curiosity about technological innovation.
I'm a national record holder in Scuba Diving, and a competitive swimmer. I'm also an adventure sports enthusiast, I ski, surf, paraglide and lots more. I'm an avid reader and a lover of video games.
I currently live in Boston, MA, but am open to relocation opportunities that align with my passions and professional ambitions.
